Zone 5 "Killer Labyrinth" is the most dangerous zone thusfar. Killer Labyrinth resembles caves, old castle ruins, and run-down industrial hallways. It is filled with booby traps, entities, and space-bending shortcuts. When one first arrives in Killer Labyrinth it appears to be totally empty and abandoned with a very heavy eerie silence. The rooms and hallways are quite large and there aren't a lot of directions to choose from. As one progresses deeper into the maze, the amount of doorways and hallways increases. There are tiny passageways, large ones, stairs that go down to other floors, and even strange rooms and caves with forever-burning campfires, sometimes with cases of food and Crystal Water as well. These campfires deter entities, so if one needs to take a breather or a nap, the campfire rooms are exactly where you want to be.

The further one goes into the labyrinth, more and more traps appear. Spike pits, flames, shooting arrows, a pile of Trap Spiders, etc. It is very easy to get killed by these traps so one needs to move slow and be extra vigilant for any tripwires or levers. Some rooms have deep pools of water and some are open to a bright beautiful sky. There are even some rooms with extra-strong or extra-weak gravity. Sometimes there will be ladders on the walls that allow you to look around over the walls, but about half of these lead to some type of booby trap. If you do manage to look over a wall, one will likely see a more foggy part of the labyrinth. That is the direction you want to move towards to escape. There are also entities lurking around this zone and the realest danger about them is the natural instinct to run. Do not run, stand your ground or move slowly. Most deaths in Killer Labyrinth occur when one begins to run from an entity and without paying attention to where they're going, activates a booby trap. In areas with dense fog, the amount of entities increases until it reaches a hazard level III (high), however the amount of booby traps decrease.

- By riding down a waterslide in Zone 4 whilst yelling "I am ready. Test my spirit. Test my strength."
Exits
- By following the foggy hallways until the fog becomes very dense. One will begin to feel grass under their feet and the walls will cease to exist. Keep walking to end up in the outskirts of foggy Zone 6.
- By swimming deep into the water and imagining one's self at a community swimming pool will cause one to clip into a pool in Zone 4.
